This study seeks to address the impact of market knowledge dimensions (knowledge of the customer, know the contender, product knowledge, knowledge of the supplier) in enhancing the effectiveness of strategic decisions (dependent variable) according to the number of indicators of B (an appropriate resolution, accept the decision, the quality of the resolution), Changes continued in the tastes of customers and their expectations, and the growing intensity of competition existing in the market between business organizations, and increase the need for these organizations to products able to meet the needs and desires of customers and adapt to changes in the tendencies of customers due to technological developments and their role influential in the palace of the product life cycle, not to mention the the ability of these organizations in the sourcing and optimal processing work on the consolidation of long-term relationships based on mutual interests and cooperation with these issued, all of these burdens

عرف بيتر دراكر ( Peter Drucker ) عمال المعرفة بأنهم نتاج التعليم الرسمي ويتميزون بأمتلاكهم مهارات حقيقية في أداء الأعمال كما يتميزون بأستعدادهم ومقدراتهم على التعليم المتجدد في مجال أدائهم لأعمالهم ( Jessup & Valacich 2008 ).تنبأ دراكر قبل أكثر من عقدين من الزمن بأن أعداد وتخصصات عماله المعرفة سيزداد بدرجة كبيرة في المجتمع لسد النقص في المعروض منهم في سوق العمل الذي تتزايد وتتشابك فيه متطلبات الحياة العامة وصولا الى ما أسماه بمجتمع المعرفة (1999 Druker ). المشكلة التي سيتناولها البحث هي وجود أعداد متزايدة من عمالة المعرفة غير المستثمرة في ساحة العمل العربية سواء أكان ذلك بصيغة " بطالة مقنعة " أم " بطالة ظاهر " ، دونما حلول كافية.أما هدف البحث فهو الوصول الى حلول بديلة أو مكملة لما هو معتمد ميدانيا لضمان الإستثمار الفعلي لعمالة المعرفة في الساحة العربية وما يمكن أن يؤدي ذلك الى تجنب الهدر بالأمكانات المادية والبشرية وتوظيفها لتحقيق المزيد من الأهداف التنموية المطلوبة. معنى ذلك وفي سبيل الوصول الى حلول بديلة أو مكملة لحالات محدودية التوازن بين الجانبين المشخصة لابد من التعرف على الاتجاهات الاستراتيجية السائدة في الساحة العربية أولا والتعرف على أسباب محدودية فاعليتها في تحقيق التوازن المطلوب .... ومن ثم عرض وتحليل الاتجاهات الاستراتيجية البديلة أو المكملة التي يمكن أن تقلص أو تحد من بطالة عمالة المعرفة التي يتوقع تزايدها ضمن اجمالي البطالة من 9.4% الى 10.3% ومن ثم الى 11% و 11.2% على التوالي كما أشار تقرير منظمة العمل العربية لعام 2009 في الوقت الذي أكدت المنظمة أيضاً في تقرير سابق لها (2006) حاجة الدول العربية إلى توفير ما بين (80) إلى (100) مليون فرصة عمل حتى عام (2020) إذ أن البطالة عموما و من ضمنها بطالة عمال المعرفة تزداد 3% سنوياً.The University’s RoleIn Realizing Full Employment for Arab Knowledge WorkersPeter Drucker had Defined Knowledge workers as formally education graduates distinguished by high skills and high capabilities for renewal in their areas of specializations.The present problem is the increasing numbers of unemployed knowledge workers in Arab countries due to lack of effective measures in this regard. The present research aims at finding alternative measures for dealing with Arab knowledge workers unemployment. Arab knowledge workers unemployment is expected to increase from 9.4% to 11.2% through the present few years. The Arab Labor Union Report (2009) has stated too that Arab countries need between (80) to (100) millions new jobs to deal with unemployment problems in general until 2020.For finding viable alternative measures, the present research analysis’s first the common measures followed in the above mentioned context. It is found that those measures are generally lacking effective scientific contributions of Arab universities. therefore, the research recommendations urges for giving universities proper role for dealing with Arab knowledge workers unemployment at least on curative level.
